Q: What is NAEIR?
A: NAEIR is the National Association for the Exchange of Industrial Resources. We
are a nonprofit organization that collects excess goods from businesses and redis-
tributes those goods to schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations.
Q: How much does membership cost?
A: A full year membership is just $595, 10-month membership is $495 and
8-month membership is $395. The average member gets around $18,000
worth of free supplies a year. But some members have received $40,000 or more.
Q: Are supplies really FREE?
A: Yes. By law, NAEIR must give away all donated merchandise free of charge. All
you pay is shipping and handling for the items you receive.
Q: Are all the items new?
A: Yes. Everything is top-quality and brand new. No rejects. No seconds. These are
the exact same items you would find in stores, all in the original packaging.
Q: How do I ask for supplies and merchandise?
A: When you get your catalog, simply list all the items you want on the request
form and return it by the deadline. You can also request items from special offer
flyers or the website. You can even drive to the warehouse and visit Grab Bag.
Q: Will I get everything I ask for from the catalog?
A: Not necessarily, but we use a computerized allocation system to give everyone
an equal chance to get as much as possible.
Q: Is there a limit on how much my organization can request?
A: No. In fact, we suggest you share your catalog with everyone on your staff and
ask for as much as possible. The more you request, the more you will get.
Q: Are there restrictions on how supplies can be used?
A: Yes. Everything you get through NAEIR must be used for charitable purposes.
You may not barter, trade, or sell anything at any time.
Q: Do you offer a guarantee?
A: Yes. We guarantee that you will receive at least twice the value of your mem-
bership dues in free merchandise. But it's easy to get up to 30 times!
